ADMISSIONS
The admissions process begins with your initial inquiry, which you can begin right now by simply filling out this inquiry form.
At Coventry Christian Schools, the purpose of the admissions process is to determine whether we are the best fit for your child’s unique personality, gifts, and needs. If we determine that it is a good match and that we have room for your child in your desired classroom, then we want to serve you!
Each level of our program has admissions processes that vary slightly, but we will walk you through each step of each process to make your admissions experience at Coventry Christian Schools an enjoyable one.
After your initial phone call or online inquiry, we will set up an appointment for you and the director of the department in which you are interested. This is usually the preschool director, elementary principal, or secondary principal. He or she will walk you through the rest of the admissions process.
All applicants, regardless of grade level or program, will be required to visit the school, with both parents if possible, and will complete an informal interview. The interview, of course, is very informal for our infants and toddlers!
Students applying for grades 5-12 must also have the secondary school admissions forms completed.

Either in your initial conversation with your department administrator or during your site visit, you will be given a user-friendly admissions checklist to guide you through the rest of the admissions process.
Financial Aid
Coventry Christian Schools does offer limited need-based financial aid to qualifying families. All families wishing to enroll their children at CCS but with financial concerns, should consider completing a financial aid application at www.ffna1.com. The application deadline for financial aid for the upcoming school year is April 15. Applications must be submitted by April 15 to guarantee consideration in the decision process.
