Science/STEM Teacher (2026-2027)
Job Description
Term: Annual, 10-month, Full Time
Reports To: Lower School Head

Coventry Christian Schools—a classical Christian school of 650 students in Pottstown, PA—is seeking a Lower/Upper School (4th-7th grade) Science Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate for this position will have a genuine love for the ordered working of the universe that he or she wants to share with students and colleagues, an interest in promoting classical Christian education to students and their families, and a heart for shepherding students in the fear of the Lord. Candidates with a strong background in science/STEM are especially encouraged to apply. Experience with classical education is preferred, although professional development and networking opportunities in classical Christian education are offered to all staff.

Learning Support Teacher (2026-2027)
Job Description
Term: Annual, 10-month, Full Time
Reports To: Lower School Head
Coventry Christian Schools—a classical Christian school of 650 students (240+ in Lower School) in Pottstown, PA—is seeking a caring, attentive, and mission-driven Learning Support Teacher to join our Learning Support team immediately. This full-time position supports students who benefit from additional academic guidance, helping reinforce foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics within a Christ-centered learning environment. Working under the direction of the Lower School Head and Learning Support Coordinator, the Learning Support Teacher provides small group and one-on-one support while helping students develop habits of attention, perseverance, and confidence.

The ideal candidate has experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrates patience and strong relational skills, and is committed to supporting the school’s classical Christian approach to student formation and learning. This role partners closely with teachers and families to encourage student growth while contributing to a culture of care, order, and encouragement.

Preschool Lead Teacher (2026–2027 School Year)
Job Description and Goals
Contract Term: Annual, 10-month or 12-month option, Full Time
Reports To: Preschool Director
We are seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our preschool program. This position is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom while integrating Christian values and biblical principles into daily lessons. The teacher will plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and activities, create a positive, structured classroom environment, support children’s spiritual, social, and academic growth, communicate with parents about student progress, and supervise classroom assistants as needed. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool-age children, strong classroom management and communication skills, and commitment to Christian education and values.

We are seeking a Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our preschool program.
