Preschool & PreK Lead Teachers (2026–2027 School Year)
Job Description and Goals
Contract Term: Annual, 10-month or 12-month option, Full Time
Reports To: Preschool Director
We are seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our preschool program. This position is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom while integrating Christian values and biblical principles into daily lessons. The teacher will plan and lead age-appropriate lessons and activities, create a positive, structured classroom environment, support children’s spiritual, social, and academic growth, communicate with parents about student progress, and supervise classroom assistants as needed. 

The ideal candidate will have experience working with preschool-age children, strong classroom management and communication skills, and commitment to Christian education and values.

Dining Hall Manager
Part Time
Monday- Friday 9:30am-1:30pm

Coventry Christian Schools is seeking a dependable, organized, and service-minded individual to serve as our Part-Time Dining Hall Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the dining hall, ensuring that students, faculty, and staff have a clean, welcoming, and efficient lunch experience.

The Dining Hall Manager will oversee meal service, maintain inventory, and keep the dining hall stocked, organized, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate enjoys serving others, works well independently, and takes pride in creating an orderly and hospitable environment.

Responsibilities include preparing the dining hall for daily lunch service, serving meals in a friendly and efficient manner, cleaning and resetting the dining hall after each lunch period, managing lunch orders, monitoring and ordering food, paper products, and other supplies, along with other responsibilities as needed.

Events Assistant (2026-2027)
Term: Annual, 10-month, Part-Time (5-10 hours per week)
Reports To: Elizabeth Sorom, Marketing & Hospitality Manager 

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Advancement Team to help plan, organize, and execute school events that support the mission, vision, and Christian values of the school. The hours vary on a weekly basis based upon the school event's calendar. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have flexible availability, including early morning, evenings, and on weekends.  

Event Planning & Coordination
Assist with the planning, set-up and breakdown of school-wide events from conception through completion.
Help to coordinate venue setup, decorations, catering, technology, and hospitality needs.
Ensure all events reflect the school’s Christian mission and values.
Evaluate event effectiveness and recommend improvements.
