Uniform Requirement

Coventry Christian Schools sets a high standard for students in their dress and appearance to express reverence for God and for the task of education and to demonstrate respect for one another. CCS employs a uniform policy for grammar and secondary students to further a sense of school community and unity as well as promote a positive work ethic and modesty. Students are expected to be in uniform when on campus at CCS unless a rare occasion has been specified by their principal. CCS partners with Tommy Hilfiger as the contracted uniform vendor for our school.

Additional Grammar (K-Fifth Grade) Uniform Options:

Similar clothing mimicking the cut, style and color of the options from the approved Coventry Christian School Uniform through Tommy Hilfiger in recognition of cost savings and wear factors for younger students (K-5th). Students must have at least one navy, burgundy or white CCS left chest logoed shirt polo (golf style) shirt or oxford for special dress up days. T-shirts, sweatshirts, and athletic bottoms are to be worn on PE days only.

Families may shop directly from Tommy Hilfiger at https://www.globalschoolwear.com/school-search.

“If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is, because everything would be what it isn't. And contrarywise, what is, it wouldn't be. And what it wouldn't be, it would.” – Alice in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass

Pay Registration Fee

Registration Fee

In order to pay your registration fee please send a check to the CCS Business Office in the amount of $175.00 per child.

The registration fee can be paid at any point up to the time of your acceptance, but a student will not be placed onto an active roster until this fee is paid.

Coventry Christian Schools
Attn: Business Office
699 N. Pleasantview Road
Pottstown, PA 19464

If you would like to pay your registration fee by credit or debit card, we do offer the ability to do so below. There is a $5 convenience fee added for the use of a credit card.

Tuition Deposit

The tuition deposit is paid AFTER a student is placed on an active class roster. The due date is April 1st or date of roster placement for students placed on an active roster after April 1st.

CCS requires families to make a non-refundable tuition deposit on or before April 1st, in the amount of $150 per student with a maximum of $300 per family. This deposit is required to hold a spot on our active class roster(s). The deposit is applied against the first tuition payment due for the family. CCS families who have completed at least 3 years of enrollment with the school are exempt from this deposit. The purpose of this fee is to ensure that students enrolled on an active roster still intend to be at CCS in the fall, so that they do not take a seat from another student who is on our waiting list.
